Role Description

The UX/UI Specialist will play a crucial role in designing applications that provide a smooth and intuitive user experience. This position involves collaborating with various teams to optimize user interfaces and ensure the effective delivery of digital solutions for diverse target users. The candidate will contribute significantly to the overall quality and usability of the products by leveraging design expertise and creative problem-solving skills.

• Optimize and simplify the user experience and user interface design.
• Provide creative solutions for interactive and visual design requests.
• Understand user journeys and create effective interfaces aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience.
• Create mockups and prototypes for testing and feedback.
• Advocate for branding and visual standards during project development.
• Ensure quality user experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Front-end development teams for design integrity.
• Consult with user stakeholders to support comprehensive user scenario development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in user interface design.
• Minimum of five (5) years in web design ergonomics and interface design.
• Experience with at least three (3) projects using agile methodology.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
• Fluency in French is required.
