[Hiring] UI/UX Designer Intern @Blackbough Swim

Role Description

• Design & Prototyping: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our website and mobile applications using tools like Figma.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors. Translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless design process and effective implementation of designs.
• Wireframing & Mockups: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
• UI Elements: Design and maintain UI components, including buttons, icons, and other interactive elements, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
• User Flows & Journeys: Map out user flows and journeys to optimize the user experience across our digital platforms.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from users, team members, and stakeholders to continuously improve design solutions.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with design tools, primarily Figma.

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members.

Benefits

• Salary: PHP 12,000 per month.
