Role Description
Seeking.com is hiring a UI/UX Designer who combines three things: systems thinking, customer obsession, and an eye for emotionally rich interaction design. Dating is an emotional product, and our interface must earn trust, build excitement, and guide each member toward the next right step.

Work directly with the Co-CEOs and Head of Product, embedded in a cross-functional pod.

Design across web and native iOS and Android: onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profile, and subscription surfaces.

Understand member deeply, anticipating edge cases before they ship.

Design complete flows, including every state, error, empty screen, and edge case.

Break big experience problems into small, shippable steps.

Design for emotion and guidance: motion, video, fluid transitions, and layered texture.

Keep task moments such as settings, payments, and verification fast, clean, and effortless.

Make the effect of member actions visible, ensuring immediate rewards.
Qualifications

A portfolio of shipped consumer product work that shows exceptional UI/UX craft.

A consistent pattern of customer obsession across your career.

Systems thinking: anticipate edge cases and design every state.

Proven ability to design for emotion using motion, transitions, and visual texture.

Relentless curiosity and a desire to understand the member.

Smart risk-taking: try bold ideas, test them small, and learn fast.

Three or more years of hands-on UI/UX or product design experience.

Expert Figma skills: component systems, auto-layout, prototyping, and multi-file library management.

Daily, fluent use of agentic AI tools.

Comfort working from funnel and engagement data.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements

Prior work in dating, social, marketplace, or subscription products (preferred).

Motion design skills in tools such as After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or Principle (preferred).

Front-end fluency (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) sufficient to ship small changes yourself (preferred).

Experience running or partnering on customer beta programs (preferred).

Public work we can see: portfolio, prototypes, Dribbble, Behance, or a personal site (preferred).

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (preferred).

Base salary: $90,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience and craft.
