Role Description

Talent-360.me is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital interfaces that elevate the user experience across our platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design assets for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
• Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
