Role Description
This role involves working as a UI/UX Designer for a pioneering company in the mobile gaming industry.
- Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with game aesthetics and enhance the player experience
- Conduct user research and play testing to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points; use findings to iterate on designs
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
- Work closely with developers, game designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics, optimizing for player satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in the mobile gaming industry
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and mobile interaction patterns
- Familiarity with mobile gaming mechanics and design considerations, including monetization and retention strategies
- Experience with motion design and animation for creating interactive game elements
- Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine as it pertains to UI implementation
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of mobile game UI/UX design work, including interactive prototypes and final designs
- English B2+
