Role Description
Join the team that launches new projects in various markets and shapes the future of the iGaming industry.
- Tasks related to process optimization
- Development and oversight of project growth strategies within the company
- Supervision of account infrastructure setup in Delivery platforms
- Division of the company into parent and subsidiary structures (access management, workspaces, chats, meetings, etc.)
- Process analysis and identification of bottlenecks
- Building models to analyze department workload and monitor resource allocation
- Establishing a flexible KPI structure across departments
Qualifications
- Experience working with Google Sheets
- Experience with task managers (Jira, ClickUp, Trello)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with mind mapping tools (Figma, Miro)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Understanding of project management techniques and ability to apply them
- Knowledge of resource and workload estimation across departments
- Experience in writing KPIs/OKRs
- Experience in project planning and management
- Ability to multitask and handle various types of tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Structured thinking
- Ability to draw logical conclusions
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in building business processes and using various services and software
- Understanding of CRM implementation processes
- Experience managing projects/tasks involving multiple departments simultaneously
