[Hiring] Technical Artist @Booming Games

Role Description

At Booming Games we are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Artist to join our team. As a Technical Artist, you will work closely with the Art Lead and Product Owner to create visually stunning games. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, exporting, optimizing, and implementing game assets and animations
• Creating prototypes and mock-ups
• Designing user interfaces and layouts
• Maintaining the organization of creative assets
• Documenting technical specifications and guidelines for asset creation and pipeline processes

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Tech-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, visual design, typography, motion graphics, and user interface designs
• Understanding of how static and animated assets are integrated into a game
• Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills
• Fast learner, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple projects
• Willingness to take responsibility in a fast changing environment
• Excellent communication skills to clearly align with all stakeholders
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Requirements

• Experience within the online gaming industry, especially slot machines (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Spine 2D animation (nice to have)
• Knowledge of particle systems (Pixi) (nice to have)
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS (nice to have)
