[Hiring] Stylist & Content Creator @Des Vu

Role Description

We’re hiring a Stylist & Content Creator to shape how DÈS VU shows up across TikTok, Instagram, campaigns and product drops. This isn’t a traditional styling role. It’s for someone who lives online, creates content consistently, and understands what actually performs.

• Style shoots across ecom, campaigns and social content
• Create TikTok, Reels and short-form video content
• Build outfits and looks that define the DÈS VU aesthetic
• Turn product drops into high-performing content moments
• Concept and execute content ideas, formats and trends
• Work on shoots, campaigns and brand trips
• Style influencers and creators
• Bring trend insights from TikTok, streetwear and youth culture
• Support product and fit sessions with styling input
• Help maintain a strong, consistent visual identity

Qualifications

• Strong personal style and clear taste level
• Actively creating content on TikTok and/or Instagram
• Deep understanding of Gen Z fashion, streetwear and trends
• Strong instinct for what makes content perform
• Creative, proactive and idea-driven
• Organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who genuinely loves fashion and wants to build a brand

Requirements

• This is not a traditional fashion industry role.
• Lives on TikTok and Instagram
• Follows emerging designers, creators and trends early
• Is already creating content (even if it’s personal)
• Understands what actually goes viral
• No formal qualifications required.
• Taste, creativity and cultural awareness matter more.
