[Hiring] Staff Product Designer @Webflow

Role Description

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design across the Content and Localization teams on our Build pillar. You’ll help shape Source, our new platform where marketing teams and agents build and optimize digital experiences together. You'll own the Agentic CMS experience: a next-generation content layer that enables enterprise teams to manage content and deliver it across every site, channel, and AI agent they operate.

• Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping, detailed execution, and ensuring quality.
• Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels.
• Design for both humans and agents, building surfaces that work for marketing teams and AI agents.
• Think in systems, holding a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces.
• Work upstream with PMs, engineers, and researchers to shape product strategy before pixels get pushed.
• Raise the bar in craft, process, and AI usage to enhance quality and speed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing recent, substantive work navigating ambiguous problems.
• Experience with content systems, multi-user workflows, and agentic experiences is especially relevant.
• Systems thinking at scale, designing for interconnected surfaces.
• Comfort with technical depth, engaging meaningfully with engineers on API design and content architecture.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft, with fluency in AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• Ability to hold a long-horizon systems problem while shipping focused, high-quality work.
• Precise communication skills to influence product strategy and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
• Combination of strong craft with humility to test assumptions early and often.
• Curiosity and openness to growth, actively embracing AI and emerging technologies.

Benefits

• Ownership in what you help build: equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents.
• 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents.
• Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program.
• Access to mental health resources, therapy, and coaching.
• A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S.
• Localized support for work and wellness expenses.
• Annual WIN bonus program for full-time, permanent, non-commission employees.
