Role Description
This role involves working on user experience design for digital products.
- Analyse the data and requirements from stakeholders.
- Make the user flow to clarify the journey in the system with the team.
- Collect the key points of the user flow in each screen.
- Evaluate the pain points in the existing flow.
- Discuss and confirm expectations with the technical team and the stakeholders.
- Check the technical environment limitations to achieve the best approach for system usability.
- Research and provide the best suited solution as per client needs and environment.
- Adhere to style standards/best practices on fonts, colors, and images.
- Create multiple ideas for design screens and review them with the stakeholders and product manager.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Practice user experience design including defining information architecture, creating user flows, and ensuring the best usability practices for your product.
- Work closely with product and development teams on the UX design vision.
- Take responsibility for translating product requirements into imaginative user-focused design concepts.
- Understand the risks related to the banking system associated with bank stakeholders.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to UI Developers.
- Understand user behavior, define and validate problems, question assumptions and hypotheses, and brainstorm innovative solutions.
