Role Description
The Sr. Manager, Digital Design reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management and plays a key role in shaping and delivering client‑centric digital experiences across the organization’s portfolio of retirement and custody products. This role blends strategic design leadership with hands‑on execution—leveraging user experience (UX) research, modern design methods, and cross‑functional collaboration to create intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital solutions.

Contributes to product vision and evolves design standards.

Mentors designers and partners closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and stakeholders.

Translates complex business requirements and user insights into thoughtful designs, prototypes, and frameworks.

Qualifications

7–10 years of digital product design experience.

Experience in financial services preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interactive Media, Human‑Centered Design, or related field.

Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision).

Strong understanding of user‑centered design and usability.

Experience conducting or collaborating in user research.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
Requirements

Typical schedule is [Monday–Friday, 8AM to 5PM CT; ability to work evening or weekend hours may be required during peak periods].

Employees within a 90-minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to Company in-office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday).
