[Hiring] Sports Graphic Designer @Setanta Sports

Role Description

We are looking for a Sports Graphic Designer to join Setanta Sports at a very exciting time, as we have ambitious plans to drive customer acquisition and online growth in 14 CEE and Central Asian countries. As a Sports Graphic Designer your mission will be to develop visual assets that resonate with sports fans and align with the company’s brand.

• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for the company’s various social media platforms, including static posts, stories, and ads
• Adapt designs for the company's multiple channels to suit their specific requirements
• Partner with the creative and content teams to develop innovative concepts and ensure the visual assets support broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Ensure that all visual content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style across all touchpoints
• Keep informed on the latest design trends, social media best practices, and innovations in digital content to elevate the brand’s online presence consistently
• Collaborate in the brand development, working on brand visual assets and proposing improvements
• Deliver all tasks assigned on time, always considering their deadlines
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor by competence and job duties

Qualifications

• Working experience in a similar position (Experience in the sports field would be an advantage)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd)
• Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Russian is an advantage
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid foundation in graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their unique design requirements
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong creative skills, passion for great design and researching graphic trends
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as work collaboratively and contribute to the team environment
• A genuine love for sports and an understanding of sports culture to create content that resonates with fans and aligns with the brand’s identity
