[Hiring] Short Form Video Editor @Jobs for Humanity

Role Description

We're looking for talented Short Form Video Editors to join our team in a full-time, long-term role. If you're excited about content, creator culture, and helping ambitious brands scale, we'd love to talk.

This Is More Than Just an Editing Role. We're not looking for someone who simply waits to be handed timestamps or clips to edit. A major part of this role is reviewing long-form content, identifying the strongest moments, and understanding what has the potential to perform on social media. You'll turn podcasts, interviews, and YouTube videos into engaging short-form content by finding compelling hooks, stories, and moments that make people stop scrolling and keep watching.

If you understand short-form content and have both strong creative judgment and editing skills, keep reading.
