Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Designer or in a role focused on improving services and experiences.
• Curiosity about people and passion for improvement.
• Ability to bring different perspectives together and ask thoughtful questions.
• Comfortable working with uncertainty and balancing creative thinking with practical delivery.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to gain trust.
• Belief that the best services are designed alongside the people who use and deliver them.

Requirements

• Work within a multidisciplinary agile team.
• Use service design, user-centred design and business analysis approaches.
• Conduct research, co-design, prototyping and testing.
• Challenge assumptions and simplify complexity.
• Help create services that enable colleagues to spend more time caring.
