This is a role for a Designer who is as obsessed with the overarching conceptual ambition as they are with the impeccable level of craft and detail. You don't just solve the problems in the brief; you seek the deeper challenges and opportunities that lie beneath.
On any given day you might:

Contribute to the ideation and execution of original strategic, conceptual, and systematic brand thinking to craft brand identities, guidelines, and creative concepts that align with client objectives.

Work through multiple projects and ongoing timelines.

Execute design work to ensure final deliverables meet R/GA standards and client expectations.

Ensure we are always elevating the standard of craft across the work.

Present strong, be able to give clients full confidence in our work and respectfully respond to live feedback.

Be an ambassador for the brand design team culture, supporting internal initiatives and championing an inclusive and equitable environment.

Be hands on designing logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines that define and elevate a brand’s visual presence.

Ensure brand cohesion across multiple touchpoints, ensuring our brands establish a strong and recognizable identity.
Qualifications

Has deep knowledge of visual, interactive, and motion design trends, but prioritizes the big conceptual “idea” at every stage of the brief.

Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in the brand identity and design industry.
-
Excellence in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Miro, Keynote, PPT, Google Slides.

Strong understanding of Brand Identity Systems, Brand Guidelines creation, Logo Design, Typography, Iconography, etc.

An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates brave brand identity thinking, with systematic execution.
-
Strong experience in Brand Systems.
