Role Description
Scale Kin’s brand across every channel: ads, landing pages, email, and video. Part production, part brand evolution, overall a generalist, for a company redefining homeownership.
As a generalist in brand and visual design, you’ll help us scale Kin’s brand as our marketing grows and our business evolves. Your responsibilities include:
-
Design and productionize high-quality visual assets across every marketing channel: paid social, landing pages, lifecycle and email, organic social, and display.
-
Produce and edit video content for marketing and brand campaigns, from social cuts to longer-form pieces.
-
Own the visual execution of campaigns end to end, turning briefs from marketing and growth into polished, on-brand work that ships on deadline.
-
Partner with copywriters, growth marketers, and external vendors and agencies to bring concepts to life.
-
Push Kin’s brand forward in your day-to-day work, evolving the visual language and proposing fresh directions.
-
Shape Kin’s evolving visual language as we reposition from home insurance to a broader homeownership platform.
-
Design and iterate on landing pages built for A/B testing, using results to sharpen what works.
-
Partner with our Brand Design and Design Systems leads to push and grow Kin’s brand design system.
Success in this role is measured by the impact you create, including:
-
Defining your own way of working with marketing, growth, and other partners.
-
Marketing ships campaigns faster due to productionized visual work and reusable assets.
-
Kin’s brand looks noticeably more consistent and polished across every channel.
-
The visual language for Kin’s repositioning has taken shape and is showing up in live campaigns.
-
Landing page A/B tests driven by your design work have measurably improved conversion.
