Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be a key contributor to product development, helping to craft visual solutions that effectively communicate user narratives. Your designs will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and ensuring brand consistency across various products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and lead innovative design projects that push creative boundaries. This role is integral to shaping how users interact with our digital offerings while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Execute top quality design work in line with agency standards.
• Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project.
• Mentor Junior Designers.
• Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
• Work with Creative Directors to ensure design work exceeds client expectations.
• Articulate design decisions and rationale with confidence.
• Engage in client meetings and presentations.
• Contribute to the creation of flexible design systems and visual languages.
• Design user interfaces and experiences for websites and digital products.
• Collaborate across teams to build scalable, attainable solutions.
• Prototype interactive experiences that engage users and drive conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience designing.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience.
• Advanced command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal).
• Strong portfolio in digital product and experience design.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience designing for digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
