Role Description

The team is a high-impact engineering and analytics group focused on building scalable tools that help organizations identify growth opportunities, optimize strategy, and maximize value. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping
• Experience working with modern design workflows and tools
• Familiarity with AI-enabled or adjacent tools such as Cursor, Claude, and GPT

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to follow requirements precisely while remaining proactive and solution-oriented

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Support the design lead in delivering UI/UX work across multiple initiatives
• Create high-quality user experiences from concept to execution
• Translate business and product requirements into design solutions
• Produce wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes with strong attention to detail
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Follow established processes while contributing proactively
• Support additional design or cross-functional initiatives when needed
