Role Description
Meet the team: Our client is a multi-disciplinary team of user experience designers, industrial designers, visual designers, user researchers, and instructional designers. Their passion for the products comes from our passion for the people (including team members) who use our products each day to take control of their health. This role reports to a Senior Manager of UX Design as a member of the Global Product Design team. Passionate about quality, usability, and simplicity. Build delightful and accessible products that display data and insights across multiple platforms. Follow the principles of user-centric design thinking to make data meaningful and actionable for users.
With this role, you'll be part of the team focused on platform, internal tools, and product support for the entire product portfolio. You'll design experiences that help patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers access the client ecosystem successfully, navigate it easily, and find support effortlessly. Qualifications
-
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design expertise, product strategy, accessibility, and successful customer acquisition outcomes.

4 β 6 years experience (GCF Requirement: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 β 8 years of related experience).
Requirements
-
Experience with regulated medical device software, prescription digital health products, Human Factors/usability engineering, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and healthcare onboarding is strongly preferred.

6+ years of UX or product design experience, with demonstrated strength designing patient- and provider-facing experiences in healthcare, diabetes care, or other regulated product environments.

Portfolio that demonstrates a strong end-to-end UX design process, including clinical problem framing, workflow mapping, data visualization, interaction design, usability testing, and design rationale.

Experience designing responsive web experiences, mobile app experiences, and familiarity with iOS, Android, accessibility, and platform design patterns.

Experience designing companion experiences for sensors, wearables, connected devices, or data-rich health products is strongly preferred.

Excellent stakeholder collaboration and presentation skills.

Ability to present UX designs and product solutions to senior-level executives.
Preferred Skills
-
Prior experience as a Senior or Lead UX Designer delivering complex digital health, medical device, or clinical software products.

Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, or another related field.

Proficient with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools, including Figma.

Familiarity with design systems and AI-enabled design workflows is a plus.
Industry Experience

Healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries preferred.
