[Hiring] Senior UX Designer @Noibu

Role Description

The ideal candidate is someone who can own a problem from start to finish and enjoys working on every aspect of the User Experience, including:

• Research
• Concept work
• High fidelity mockups
• Interactive code prototypes

We are looking for a senior designer who thinks like a product person: someone who can take an ambiguous problem, commit to a direction early, and iterate their way to the right answer.

Qualifications

• Strong product thinking — you reason about the user's job to be done and the business outcome.
• Comfortable with product strategy, journey mapping, prototyping, and user testing.
• Skilled in crafting easy to use and well-considered designs, with strengths in visual and interaction design.
• Experience designing data-dense products.
• Great communication skills; actively seek out opportunities to collaborate with other disciplines.

Requirements

• You design and build with AI, using AI tooling as a core part of how you explore, prototype, and deliver.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complexity; can set a clear direction before all the answers are in.
• Ability to take genuinely complex data and make it legible enough to drive a decision.

Benefits

• Unlimited Time Off & Flexible Working Style: Annual minimum of 3 weeks for all employees and a company-wide holiday shutdown yearly.
• Benefits from Day 1: Access to all benefits, perks, and allowances from the first day with us.
• Fun & Engagement: Monthly Company-Wide & Team-Specific Socials, frequent post-work Happy Hours, and an annual Holiday Party.
• Opportunity to impact billions of shoppers by joining our small team on the ground floor.
