[Hiring] Senior UX Designer @Checkly

Role Description

Join Checkly as a Senior UX Designer and empower developers to own and ensure application performance and reliability - from pull request to post-mortem!

As a Designer, you will lead design of the Checkly product. You’ll drive the vision, and help shape the future of our platform experience end to end. You will report to our CPO, Alberto, and work closely with our Product Managers and Engineers.

• Lead the product design of Checkly's platform.
• Bridge design and development by prototyping in code when needed.
• Shape the design vision for new features, contributing from early exploration through implementation and iteration.
• Be in close contact with support and customer success teams and our users to understand customers' problems.
• Co-develop and maintain our growing design system with Engineering.
• Champion high standards of UI/UX and developer experience across teams.
• Use AI tools daily as a core part of your workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience designing data-heavy screens: graphs, tables, charts, etc.
• Experience working on design-systems.
• Past experience as a frontend engineer or ability to code if needed.
• Deep comfort working with AI tools every day.
• Ability to visualize and prototype your ideas quickly.
• Great at juggling multiple projects at once.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• FULLY remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones.
