Accountabilities

• Lead design for new product initiatives and feature iterations.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear, shippable experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth teams.
• Conduct discovery work to identify and frame the right problems.
• Design end-to-end experiences for new products, from concept to launch.
• Develop clear design narratives for cross-functional alignment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance for junior design team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience in fintech or consumer products.
• Proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 0 → 1 thinking and design evolution.
• Deep expertise in mobile app design.
• Excellent visual design sensibility and practical UX judgment.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design processes.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
