[Hiring] Senior UI/UX Designer @PursueCare

Role Description

PursueCare is seeking a Senior UI/UX designer to join our growing technical team. In this growth-critical position, you would be working directly with the development team in creating a meaningful and well-crafted user experience. A strong background in graphic design and an understanding of digital technologies will be critical at this fast-paced start-up.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support clinical initiatives.
• Design high-resolution graphics for our mobile suite of products and our website.
• Identify UX/UI issues and work with our development team to create a resolution.
• Champion your own creative design ideas.
• Partner with all teams, from data analytics to clinical, and from operations to marketing.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience with UX/UI design or a similar role.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Proficiency with standard UI/UX tools (mostly Figma) and Adobe suite.
• The ability to write basic CSS.
• An understanding of the intersection between graphic design and implementation.
