Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Shopify Marketing Designer to own and execute high-converting eCommerce experiences across the full funnel. This is not a traditional design role. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing conversion-driven Shopify pages, pre-sale experiences, and performance creatives that directly impact revenue. Youβll work at the intersection of design, CRO, and performance marketing, translating strategy and copy into scalable, high-performing visual experiences.
Core Responsibilities

Shopify Experience Design & Optimization

Design and optimize Shopify product pages, landing pages, and full site experiences

Build conversion-focused PDPs and funnels aligned with user intent and product benefits

Continuously iterate on pages based on performance data (CVR, AOV, engagement metrics)

Pre-Sale & Funnel Development
-
Design pre-sale pages (advertorials, listicles, long-form landing pages) for paid traffic

Ensure seamless flow from: Ad β Pre-sell β Product Page β Checkout

Align messaging, UX, and visuals to maximize conversion

Performance Creative & Campaign Support

Develop static ad creatives and email visuals aligned with paid media strategy

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure creative consistency across channels

Support rapid testing and iteration of performance assets

CRO & Data-Driven Iteration

Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify optimization opportunities

Run design iterations and A/B testing concepts

Apply direct-response marketing principles to all design decisions

Design Systems & Brand Consistency

Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma

Ensure consistent visual language across Shopify, email, and paid channels

Translate brand guidelines into conversion-oriented design frameworks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:

Copywriters (messaging & hooks)

Marketers (performance strategy)

Deliver build-ready, clean, and organized design files
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or eCommerce design

Proven experience designing Shopify websites and funnels from scratch

Strong understanding of:

Direct-response marketing principles
Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)

Experience working with Shopify ecosystems

Ability to prepare developer-ready files and collaborate on implementation

Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for scalable content production
