Role Description
We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own and shape key product experiences at Future. This role will define how people interact with their health β designing the systems, workflows, and product interfaces that power the Future platform.
This is a true ownership role. You'll partner closely with Product and Engineering to define the experience, not just execute it. The best candidates think like product builders: deeply curious about users, opinionated about product quality, and motivated to ship experiences that meaningfully change behavior.
Future sits at the intersection of AI, human expertise, and behavior change β creating a unique design challenge that blends consumer product craft with intelligent systems. Designers are expected to contribute to product thinking, not just interface execution.
What You'll Own
-
Product Experience:
-
Design the core product experiences that define how users interact with Future β from onboarding and training to coaching interactions and long-term engagement.
-
Translate product strategy and user needs into thoughtful user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
-
Ensure the product experience feels cohesive, intuitive, and motivating across the entire user journey.
-
Systems & Product Thinking:
-
Design with a systems mindset. Future is not a single interface β it's a connected experience across multiple workflows and user types.
-
Think critically about how the consumer experience, expert workflows, AI systems, and product infrastructure interact.
-
Develop scalable design patterns and frameworks that allow the product to grow without becoming fragmented.
-
Collaboration & Product Development:
-
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product ideas into shipped features.
-
Contribute design thinking early in the product development process β from discovery through launch.
-
Ensure designs are implemented with fidelity through close collaboration with engineering.
-
Use product metrics, user feedback, and experimentation to refine and improve the experience over time.
-
Craft & Quality:
-
Execute across the full design lifecycle: user journeys and flows, wireframes and prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction and motion design.
-
Maintain a high bar for product craftsmanship while balancing speed and iteration in a startup environment.
-
We value clarity, simplicity, and thoughtful interaction design β craft that makes complex systems feel effortless to use.
-
AI as a Force Multiplier:
-
Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to accelerate research synthesis, design exploration, prototyping, and content development.
-
Bring a perspective on how AI should shape the product experience β from intelligent personalization to adaptive user interfaces.
-
Help raise the design and AI fluency of the broader team.
Qualifications
-
5β8+ years of product design experience on consumer-facing products.
-
You've shipped meaningful product experiences in mobile or consumer applications.

Requirements
-
Strong visual and interaction design skills with a high bar for product quality.
-
Ability to create clear user flows, thoughtful interface systems, and polished product designs.
-
Comfortable balancing intuition with data, feedback, and experimentation.
