Role Description
Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team full-time in Poland. As a Senior Product Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Our client is a leading UK-based IT solutions provider and a premier software licensing reseller with over 30 years of experience.

Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for B2C & B2B SaaS products, as well as mobile applications.

Take ownership: Feel and act as a co-owner of the project. Take initiative and go beyond the surface to ensure the product's success.

Discovery & Research: Gather data, analyze, and consult. You will own the Discovery phase, conduct user research, and understand the "why" behind every problem.

Produce Design Artifacts: Shape your knowledge into screen maps, personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes.

UI Visualization: Create clean, appealing designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Communicate & Collaborate: Advocate for user-centric solutions in cross-functional teams. Participate in brainstorms with fellow designers and technical syncs with developers.

Pre-sales & Mentoring: Support the team with budget/timing estimations for new puzzles and inspire junior consultants by sharing your expertise.

Process Optimization: Follow and improve our Agile workflow to benefit both design and development sides.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UI/UX with a "User-Centered" approach applied in practice, not just theory.

Proven ability to prepare and facilitate the Discovery/Research phase.

Hands-on experience conducting Design Sprints, User Interviews, and surveys.

Proficiency in Competitor Research, Heuristic Evaluation, and Desk Research.

Experience in Usability Testing (both moderated and unmoderated).

Basic analytical skills to set and track design metrics.

Figma Guru: Ability to create comprehensive design systems from scratch and build advanced interactive prototypes.

Visual Excellence: Clean UI skills backed by deep knowledge of color theory and composition.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio featuring 3-5 well-described cases (Mobile & Web) that showcase the workflow (Problem -> Solution -> Result), not just the final images.

Ability to transform wireframes into high-fidelity screens that embody the desired UX.
Requirements

Experience in the IT Solutions or Software Licensing domain (desirable).

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers (desirable).

Previous experience in pre-sale activities and client-facing workshops (desirable).

English: Minimum Upper-Intermediate (B2+) β ability to run workshops and elicit project details.

Presentation: Strong ability to present design decisions and cases effectively.
