[Hiring] Senior Product Designer @cheesecakelabs

Role Description

This is a contractor position for temporary, project-based engagements.

• Interact with other teams and professionals, including other developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders
• Understand the needs of our partners/users and come up with solutions for their problems
• Dailies with the team
• Break down user stories into individual design tasks
• Conduct market and user research
• Conduct user tests
• Produce high-quality UI designs
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product works and looks like
• Use design tools like Zeplin, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Products

Qualifications

• Solid experience working with design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Products, or others
• Appreciate teamwork
• Basic understanding of development principles and workflow
• Good with critiques
• Up-to-date with trends and design best practices
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge about both iOS and the material design system guidelines
• Good empathy profile
• English proficiency

Requirements

• Valid business registration in your country (such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent)
• Bank account eligible to receive payments in USD
• Ability to issue invoices accordingly
