[Hiring] Senior Product Designer @Entain

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in interface design and Design Systems, and a solid understanding of the UX process to elevate the quality and consistency of our product experiences. You’ll design interfaces that are visually polished, inclusive, and scalable, turning business goals and user needs into intuitive flows and high-quality designs in close collaboration with Content, Research, and Engineering.

Success in this role means blending design craft with data-driven insights to deliver seamless, world-class experiences. You’ll own the design process from discovery to delivery, working closely with local and central teams to align customer needs with business priorities and ensure every detail makes a measurable impact.

• Impact on the entire UX Process: Define design requirements based on research, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring alignment across the product development lifecycle;
• Create world-class product experiences: Conduct usability testing and collaborate with internal teams and end-users to validate and iterate designs; deliver flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that are clearly documented and communicated;
• Master UI design and Design System craft: Build, maintain, and evolve scalable UI patterns and components in Figma, contributing to the governance of the Design System and ensuring consistency across brands and platforms;
• Build inclusive products: Apply HCI, usability, and accessibility (WCAG) best practices, following Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, and responsive design principles;
• Collaborate with local and central teams: Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers throughout all phases of the project lifecycle;
• Advocate for design quality and consistency by conducting UI/UX QA reviews and ensuring implementation matches the design intent;
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear documentation, specifications, and rationale for design decisions;
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and design practices to continuously raise the bar for product quality;
• Mentor junior designers, sharing knowledge on Figma mastery, design craft, accessibility, and Design System adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related fields;
• 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, with strong focus on UI and visual design;
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and advanced libraries; experience in building, maintaining, and contributing to Design Systems; strong knowledge of usability testing and user testing practices, both qualitative and quantitative;
• Ability to interpret research data and usage metrics to inform design decisions;
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences and different organizational levels;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies: experience in agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong Portfolio: demonstrated previous projects that showcase user-centered design skills evidence of translating user and business needs into impactful product.
