Role Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape and ship features of our product and internal tools, with a primary focus on growing our AI-first, human-in-the-loop Voice Assistant.
- Collaborate: Partner with founders, Product & Ops teams, customer support, and marketing to design and implement new products/features.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Teamwork: Initiate and focus on collaboration across engineering, marketing, support, and operations teams.
- Drive Project Execution: Oversee projects through completion and follow through with warranty work.
- Define Requirements: Contribute to product definition and requirements to shape development.
- Build the Design System: Support and grow the fledgling design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Document for Engineering: Record design decisions and prepare work for engineering.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, comfortable having live video conversations and presenting/discussing work.
- 5+ years in Product Design roles.
- Experience in startups (Seed to Series B).
- Successful team-based remote work environment experience (e.g., Slack, Teams).
- Adept in Figma (our design tool of choice) and have used project management and development tools (e.g., ClickUp, GitHub).
- Proven success in different stages of the product lifecycle, from shaping to execution to refinement.
Requirements
- Product management experience within B2B Product-focused organizations (nice to have).
- SaaS, AI/ML, or SMB-focused product experience (nice to have).
- An understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and other AI mechanisms (nice to have).

Hiring Process
- Resume screen.
- 30 minute interview with the hiring manager.
- 45-60 minute design walkthrough with the Design Team (showing 1-3 of your raw design files in a non-recorded space).
- Time-capped take-home exercise (3 hours).
- Take-home review discussion with a Product Manager.
- Final call with leadership.
- Reference check.
- Presentation of offer.
Remuneration & Working Environment
- Trial Period: 6 months.
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Work Center: MAGMA, Calle Bajeles, 15, 41004, Seville.
- Teleworking: up to 5 days a week (we're remote!).
