Role Description
As a Senior Product Designer on our Reporting team at HubSpot, you will:
- Have a “seat at the table” from Day 1, with partners and peers valuing your contributions.
- Co-own a significant part of the product and drive its strategy and vision.
- Receive clear expectations and career paths for promotion.
- Work where and how you work best: at home, the office, or any mix of both.
As a UX Designer on HubSpot's Marketing Reporting team, you will design intuitive and insightful reporting tools tailored for marketing professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to:
- Simplify data visualization
- Streamline complex reporting workflows
- Create powerful yet accessible tools for marketers
Your work will focus on enhancing the user experience by:
- Refining report builders
- Integrating marketing-specific KPIs
- Ensuring seamless data storytelling
Success in your role looks like:
- Crafting a beautiful, scalable Records experience for millions of HubSpot users.
- Co-creating a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap with product management and engineering peers.
- Driving alignment, setting goals, and motivating your partners and team.
- Building compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs.
- Working autonomously with customer experience in mind, using our Trellis design system.
- Collaborating closely with researchers and content designers to create and refine experiences.
- Mentoring other designers and contributing to the growth of HubSpot’s UX team and culture.
