[Hiring] Senior Motion Designer @Equals True

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our remote team in LATAM. Here’s what you need to know about this position:

• You will be animating for major social campaigns inside a creative team with strong direction and high standards.
• Create animations and motion graphics that bring campaign briefs to life across social platforms.
• Collaborate with Senior Designers and strategy to execute ideas from first frame to final delivery.
• Adapt animations across formats without losing visual consistency or brand feel.
• Move quickly through review cycles and turn feedback into better work.
• Bring creative perspective that pushes the work forward within the system.
• Deliver on tight deadlines, consistently and without cutting corners on quality.
• Fluent English for global coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in motion graphics or animation for social or branding.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent tools.
• Comfortable picking up Figma files and working from static design assets.
• Experience working within brand systems and established playbooks.
• Strong visual sense and a sharp eye for consistency.
