Qualifications
-
7+ years of design experience in a design environment (in-house, agency, or relevant industry)
-
5+ years of managing people
-
Experience leading complex, high-consequence workflows in healthcare or another expert professional domain
-
Strong judgment in interaction design, information design, research, and product strategy
-
Experience with AI-enabled products or sound judgment about recommendations, automation, evidence, uncertainty, and human oversight
-
Experience in complex systems and applications
-
