As Senior Manager of UX Design for the Interventions Pillar, you will lead the team designing how clinical insight becomes action. Your portfolio will include:

Success in this role looks like:

Bringing deep expertise in clinical-product design while creating strategic alignment and design leverage across the Interventions pods
In the first 90 days:

Qualifications
-
7+ years of design experience in a design environment (in-house, agency, or relevant industry)
-
5+ years of managing people
-
Experience leading complex, high-consequence workflows in healthcare or another expert professional domain

Strong judgment in interaction design, information design, research, and product strategy
-
Ability to coach others without taking over their work
-
Experience with AI-enabled products or sound judgment about recommendations, automation, evidence, uncertainty, and human oversight

Experience in complex systems and applications, knowing how to simplify the complex and create delightful, intuitive experiences

Advocate for collaboration, working closely with product and engineering
