Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager of User Experience (UX) to join our Customer Experience Team. This individual will report into our Director of Customer Experience and will elevate how design decisions connect to customer research and measurable business outcomes. This individual will be responsible for:

• Leading and growing a team of UX Designers, ensuring design work is grounded in research rather than intuition.
• Serving as the primary voice for UX in executive-level conversations.
• Championing the thoughtful integration of AI-driven tools and solutions within the UX team.

This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states:

This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of UX leadership experience, including 2+ years directly managing designers.
• Demonstrated experience designing direct-to-consumer e-commerce experiences.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership: research input, design rationale, and measurable outcome.
• Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g.: Figma).
• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated track record of using customer research (qualitative and quantitative) to drive design decisions.
• Experience presenting design work and strategy to executive stakeholders.
