[Hiring] Senior Graphic Designer @Pax8

Role Description

Join Pax8 as a Senior Graphic Designer in the United States and shape bold, brand‑defining creative that powers the world’s leading technology marketplace.

• Deliver polished, on‑brand creative across digital and print for high‑visibility marketing and corporate initiatives
• Partner on brand strategy and campaign concepting that elevates how Pax8 connects with partners
• Own complex, cross‑functional projects from early concept through final delivery
• Help evolve creative standards, tools, and workflows — including AI‑assisted design
• Spot creative gaps, risks, and opportunities early, taking action without being asked
• Mentor and support other designers through thoughtful critique and collaboration
• Step in as the senior creative lead when the Manager of Art Direction and Creative Design is unavailable

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior‑level design experience in an in‑house or agency environment
• Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and visual systems
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and strong working knowledge of presentation tools
• Comfort exploring new tools, including Figma and AI‑assisted design platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence presenting and defending design decisions
• A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity
• A coaching approach to feedback, grounded in empathy and clarity
