Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Senior Graphic Designer to contribute to our growing creative function. This role is well-suited to a designer who combines strong visual craft with a methodical approach to project management. You will be instrumental in delivering high-volume design work while helping to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce polished design assets across digital and print formats, including brand collateral, presentations, campaign materials, print assets.
• Work extensively in Figma to develop and maintain design files, component libraries, and shared assets.
• Support project coordination efforts using Asana, including task tracking and timeline management.
• Uphold brand consistency across all outputs and contribute to the ongoing development of design systems.
• Support team members navigate shared design resources.

Qualifications

• A solid portfolio demonstrating graphic design capability across a range of formats.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design roles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and collaborative workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Asana or equivalent project management platforms.
• B2+ level of English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing workload and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a consistently high standard.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or legal tech environments is nice-to-have.
