Role Description
Venue Nation’s Brand Fulfillment team is seeking a Graphic Designer with a Presentation Design focus to join the Presentation & Central Services team within Brand Fulfillment Services. This team is responsible for owning and elevating Venue Nation’s industry storytelling across talent pitches, premium experiences, and shared services needs.

Design high-quality presentation decks, templates, and one-sheets for executive, conference, RFP, and central services communications.

Support Venue Nation Central Services teams—including HR, Analytics, Communications, Operations, Legal, and Executive leadership—with presentation and storytelling design needs.

Translate storytelling goals and strategic narratives into clear, compelling presentation design.

Ensure venues are consistently and effectively positioned across talent pitches, premium experiences, and key business materials.

Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional partners to shape presentation structure, layout, and visual flow.

Bring presentation materials to life through motion, animation, and light video editing when appropriate.

Support sizzle reels, motion elements, and video assets that complement presentation storytelling.

Maintain consistency with brand standards, visual systems, and design best practices.

Adapt materials for multiple audiences, formats, and use cases while maintaining polish and clarity.

Partner closely with coordinators and project managers to deliver work on time and at a high standard.

Contribute to the ongoing evolution of presentation templates, design systems, and storytelling resources.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on presentation or visual storytelling.

Portfolio demonstrating polished presentation design, templates, and executive-facing materials.

Proficiency in design tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Working knowledge of motion design and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling.

Experience partnering with marketing, creative, or corporate teams on high-visibility work.

Ability to translate feedback and direction into refined, effective design solutions.

Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.

Experience in live entertainment, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus.
