Role Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be a key contributor to product development, helping to craft visual solutions that effectively communicate user narratives. Your designs will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and ensuring brand consistency across various products.

• Execute top quality design work in line with agency standards.
• Manage the quality of design throughout all phases of a project.
• Mentor Junior Designers.
• Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
• Work with Creative Directors to ensure design work exceeds client expectations.
• Articulate design decisions and rationale with confidence.
• Engage in client meetings and presentations.
• Contribute to the creation of flexible design systems and visual languages.
• Design user interfaces and experiences for websites and digital products.
• Collaborate across teams to build scalable, attainable solutions.
• Prototype interactive experiences that engage users and drive conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience designing.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience.
• Advanced command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in English (Written & Verbal).
• Strong portfolio in digital product and experience design.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience designing for digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
