Role Description

This role involves leading the visual strategy for a premium portfolio of high-end product brands as a Senior Digital Designer.

• Design Leadership & Execution: Lead the visual development and production of digital assets across various client channels (e.g., email, landing pages, display ads, social media).
• Tool Proficiency & Production: Maintain expert proficiency in design and prototyping software, primarily Figma, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly).
• Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to align visual concepts with campaign strategy, brand voice, and client objectives.
• Project Management: Utilize project management software ClickUp to manage personal workloads, track project statuses, and ensure designs are delivered on time and within scope.
• Team Integration: Partner closely with internal builders and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, optimized for performance, and flawlessly translated into final production assets.
• Concept & Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and compelling mockups that clearly communicate design intent and user experience flows.
• Quality Assurance: Set and maintain high standards for design quality, consistency, and adherence to accessibility best practices and client brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as a Digital Designer, Senior Designer, or similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual strategy and high-fidelity production work is required.
• Proven success designing assets that drive conversion, AOV, and ROI, especially for beauty, fashion, or high-end product verticals.
• Expert-level mastery of Figma for design systems, production, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• The ability to move beyond production to set the strategic visual standard for complex, multi-channel campaigns.
• Familiarity and practical experience with common project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) for workflow management and collaboration.
• Proven ability to work effectively, independently, and collaboratively in a 100% remote work environment.
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationales, present concepts, and provide constructive feedback.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working closely with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback quickly and iteratively.

Requirements

• Compensation: $55-$60/hour, depending on experience.
