[Hiring] Senior Designer @Digital

Role Description

Hire Digital is looking for a Senior Designer who combines strong hands-on design skills with the confidence to lead creative discussions with clients. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their objectives, develop creative concepts, and deliver polished designs across digital and marketing projects. This role suits an experienced designer who can take ownership of creative delivery, clearly explain design decisions, and guide client feedback while remaining hands-on with execution.

• Lead design projects from briefing and concept development through execution and final delivery.
• Create high-quality designs across digital campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing collateral.
• Work directly with clients to clarify briefs, understand business objectives, and recommend creative approaches.
• Present concepts and confidently explain the rationale behind design decisions.
• Guide feedback discussions, provide constructive recommendations, and translate client comments into clear revisions.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual identities across formats and channels.
• Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, marketers, developers, and other creative talent.
• Review work and provide guidance to other designers when required.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing quality, timelines, and client expectations.
• Prepare production-ready files and oversee design quality through delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio across digital and marketing projects.
• Proven experience working directly with clients, presenting concepts, and managing creative feedback.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions.
• Sound creative judgement and confidence advising clients on design direction.
• Strong communication, organisation, and project ownership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across distributed teams.
• Agency or freelance experience managing projects for multiple clients is preferred.

Requirements

• Experience supporting established brands or global clients.
• Experience developing brand identities, guidelines, or design systems.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UI design.
• Experience using AI tools to support creative exploration and production.
