Role Description
As Senior Designer you'll report to our Creative Director and be at the center of Radish's creative work from concept through delivery. We're a team of 12: designers, developers, strategists, and project managers. Small enough that you'll have a real say in how we work and how we improve, but taking on projects with the scope and complexity of much larger agencies.
At any given time, you'll likely be working across two to three client projects in different stages:
-
One in early concepting
-
Another deep in design production
-
Another in developer handoff
Some projects are large organizational websites that span months. Others are tighter brand sprints or work for existing clients. The pace varies, but the constant is that you're the lead designer on the work, with the Creative Director as your close collaborator and a project manager keeping things on track.
