Role Description

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience across graphic design and video editing, a strong creative eye, and actively uses AI-powered tools for both visual and video content creation. You will own the creative output across social media, digital advertising, and branding, delivering polished, high-impact graphics and videos with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Create Meta Ads creatives including static banners, carousel ads, story formats, and scroll-stopping visuals optimised for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Edit and produce video content: short-form reels, promotional videos, motion graphics, ad videos, and social media video formats.
• Develop and maintain brand-consistent visual assets across all platforms and formats.
• Conceptualise and execute design and video projects end-to-end from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as the primary graphic design toolkit.
• Use video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro for video production.
• Actively leverage AI tools for both graphic design and video creation to accelerate ideation, production, and output quality.
• Guide creative direction, suggest improvements, and bring fresh ideas to campaigns proactively.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines consistently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with exposure to video editing.
• Strong understanding of layout principles, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Working knowledge of at least one video editing tool: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI design and video tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Claude Design, Ideogram, Higgsfield, Sora, Runway ML, Pika, Kling AI, Luma Dream Machine, HeyGen, Synthesia, Descript, Kapwing AI, InVideo AI, Fliki, Opus Clip, Veed.io, Topaz Video AI, PixVerse, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver on tight timelines.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant work: social media creatives, ad designs, branding projects, video edits, or reels.
• Willingness to work remotely using a personal device.
