[Hiring] Senior Brand Designer @0x

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help elevate the visual identity of two very different brands across every touchpoint: 0x, our onchain routing infrastructure, and Matcha, our consumer DEX aggregator. Today, the biggest priorities are sales enablement, web design, and social graphics, with about 70% of your time spent on 0x and 30% on Matcha.

This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who can move fluidly between high-craft visual design and the practical demands of a fast-moving marketing and sales function. As the only designer on our marketing team, you’ll play a key part in shaping how the 0x and Matcha brands look and feel. The role requires an overlap with US Pacific hours.

• Evolve the 0x and Matcha visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets for 0x: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, and partner kits.
• Design web pages for 0x and Matcha, including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.
• Design social graphics for 0x and Matcha.
• Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets.
• Build brand and marketing templates and components that non-designers can use confidently across campaigns, social, and sales materials.
• Stay current on crypto, DeFi, and fintech design trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi, or emerging tech.
• A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social, and sales materials.
• A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components.
• Fluency with AI design tools, and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work.
• Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

Requirements

• Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch.
• Illustration and basic motion design skills.
• Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Benefits

• The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits.
• Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents.
• 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees.
• Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense.
• Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions).
• A supportive remote environment.
• Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
• Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need.
• 12-week paid parental leave.
• Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
• Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!).
