Role Description

As a Senior Architectural Specialist at NewGround, you'll be a key contributor to our mission, helping shape projects, teams, and experiences that truly make a difference.

The Senior Architectural Specialist will:

• Lead the preparation of architectural construction documents.
• Coordinate and review the work of outsourced civil, mechanical, electrical, and interior departments, as well as outsource consultants (structural and civil).
• Demonstrate a strong passion for construction documents and building detailing.
• Support BIM management across the studio.

Qualifications

• Architectural License required.
• NCARB certification preferred.
• Multiple State Architectural Licenses preferred.
• 10 years of professional experience in commercial architecture required.
• LEED AP credential preferred.
• WELL AP credential preferred.

Requirements

• Well versed knowledge of building codes and accessibility codes.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficient in Revit.
• Proficiency in Speclink preferred.
• Experience with multi-story buildings.
• Proficiency in Procore is preferred.
