Role Description

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are looking for a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support retreat campaigns, branding, and other design requirements.

• Create new visual assets, improve existing designs, and develop reusable Canva templates for the client’s current VA, Bright.
• This is a project-based engagement starting with 10 hours, with the potential for additional projects and quarterly engagements based on business needs.
• The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Canva, including creating and editing professional design assets and reusable templates.
• Experience in graphic design, branding, and social media marketing materials.
• A strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual consistency.
• Ability to refresh existing designs while maintaining brand identity.
• Detail-oriented, organized, creative, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage project deadlines and respond to feedback and revisions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Requirements

• Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: Flexible- PST
• APPLICATIONS AND TOOLS REQUIRED: Canva, Familiarity with design specifications for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to organize and share design files and assets efficiently.
