Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Project Architect to lead the development of construction documents across a range of residential and light commercial projects. This role is ideal for an architect who genuinely loves the craft of drawing β someone who finds deep satisfaction in the precision of detailing, the choreography of consultant coordination, and the integrity of producing a set that is clear, elegant, buildable, and code-compliant.
This position typically involves managing 2 to 3 projects simultaneously, including custom homes, remodels and additions, restaurant tenant improvements, and miscellaneous drafting or systems-development tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in both design-sensitive and technically demanding environments and takes pride in transforming strong design concepts into beautifully resolved construction documents.
