[Hiring] Production Designer @DCX

Role Description

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of vector artwork, production file setup, and print-ready formatting.
  • Ability to scale and adapt artwork to meet production specifications across various product types.
  • Ability to design digital assets for both internal and client-facing use (e.g. banners and store images).
  • Sharp attention to detail, especially when working quickly and on tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, and color-matching best practices.
  • A creative eye and interest in design trends.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
