[Hiring] Production Artist @C2 Staffing

Role Description

C2's client, a builder of condominium-style homes within planned active adult HOA communities, seeks a contract Production Artist to support ongoing edits and occasional new builds across a library of marketing materials including direct mail, flyers, print ads, and display pieces. This is long-term, steady, low-volume work for a detail-oriented production professional.

The Production Artist works within the client's existing library of 2D marketing assets, modifying flattened renderings of home models and community visuals to reflect current offerings. Work includes tasks like updating garage doors, siding colors, landscaping elements, and community details across print and digital marketing materials.

Color accuracy, consistency across materials, and pixel-level attention to detail are essential. This is production work, not conceptual design, and the right candidate takes pride in execution that is clean, accurate, and on-brand every time.

• Edit and update existing marketing materials including direct mail, flyers, print ads, and display pieces.
• Modify 2D rendered home images, updating architectural and design elements such as siding, garage doors, colors, and finishes using Photoshop.
• Maintain color consistency and accuracy of information across all materials.
• Manage and organize files according to client standards.
• Support occasional creation of new marketing pieces as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced Photoshop proficiency, including selecting, masking, manipulating layers, color correction, and working with complex PSDs.
• Strong understanding of light, shadow, color, reflection, and proportion for realistic image modification.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to production accuracy.
• Strong file management skills and ability to work within established asset libraries.
• Ability to work independently and manage small projects on a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Experience with residential or real estate marketing (Nice to Have).
• 3D rendering skills for potential future base image creation (Nice to Have).
• Print production knowledge including file prep and prepress (Nice to Have).
