Role Description

Join HubSpot’s Design Team as a Product Designer for the Go-to-Market AI Builder. The Flywheel Product Line focuses on leveraging AI to enhance customer service and improve the efficiency of Go-to-Market teams.

• Building an AI concierge to support customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Extending core products with AI-first tools to improve team efficiency.
• Creating dedicated experiences for HubSpot’s global partner ecosystem.

The work involves complex design challenges, requiring designers to create working prototypes and AI-enabled experiences that make product ideas tangible.

We are actively seeking Product Designers and Product Design Builders for various opportunities in these areas.

Qualifications

• Builder fluency: Ability to translate ideas into tangible experiences through rapid prototyping.
• Comfort with front-end implementation: Familiarity with front-end technologies or prototype-building tools.
• Clear ownership and authorship: Ability to explain what you built and the insights gained from the work.
• Proven product design craft expertise: Showcase depth of craft and measurable impact.
• Adaptability & change readiness: Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset.
• Growth mindset: A genuine drive to constantly learn and improve.

Requirements

• Lead interesting projects and create cohesive user journeys.
• Design for scale by developing UX patterns and frameworks.
• Contribute to strategy and vision initiatives across HubSpot’s GTM.
• Create working prototypes and interactive experiences using AI tools.
• Utilize AI to expand design explorations and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Engineers.
• Define success metrics and iterate for user value and business outcomes.
• Contribute to new team workflows that shift design towards prototype-driven collaboration.

• Annual Cash Compensation Range: $138,600 — $207,900 USD.
