Role Description

We are seeking a Product Designer with experience in end-to-end product design, user-centered research, and cross-functional collaboration. As a Product Designer, you'll be a key player on our product team, tackling complex problems and crafting elegant, user-friendly solutions. This role is about more than just making things look good. You'll drive the end-to-end design process, from initial research and discovery to final pixel-perfect execution. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals. While we have physical locations, we work remote, giving you the flexibility to do your best work from wherever you are.

• Thoughtful: You don't just solve the immediate problem; you consider user feedback and design consistency across the broader system.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your product design process and demonstrating your ability to solve user problems on a variety of device types and surfaces.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong bias for action, self-direction, and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves

• Experience designing for B2B or complex enterprise applications.
• Prior experience utilizing or contributing to design systems.
• Familiarity with wholesale or automotive marketplaces.

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 CAD (Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
